Chilean tenor Ernesto “Tito” Beltran has been sentended by a Swedish court to two and a half years in prison for the rape of an 18-year-old nanny and the molestation of a 7-year-old girl:

The appeals court in Goteborg on Friday upheld a previous rape conviction, but overturned an acquittal in the molestation case.

The 43-year-old singer has also been ordered to pay damages of $15,600 to the girl and $12,300 to the nanny.

The court has ordered the singer be detained immediately.

Beltran raped the woman during a concert tour back in 1999 and molested the little girl sometime in 2002. Keep it classy, homie. And be not surprised when jailtime renders you an alto.
