Joe The Plumber Thinks Barack Obama "Speaks Pretty," Tap Dances Well
Joseph “Joe The Plumber” Wurzelbacher of Downtown Main St, Americaland was interviewed by Katie Couric about what it was like to have his name mentioned nearly half a dozen times over the course of last night’s presidential debate. But first: What the fuck is it with this election and people named “Joe?” Where the hell is José? We’d like to hear what José The Accountant has to say about things.
Anyway. Joe The Plumber said he talked to both candidates while they were in his hometown of Holland, Ohio and that John McCain was a straight-shootin’ maverick and had a “solid performance” whereas Barack Obama, while a “pretty” talker who “speaks eloquently,” tap danced around questions like some sort of entertaining yet non-threatening negro, perhaps in the vein of Sammy Davis, Jr. He also doesn’t believe Obama when he says he will raise taxes for those who make $250,000 plus a year and who’s to say he won’t lower that to average-Joe-plumber incomes of around $100,000? (On a tangential note: Fuck you, Joe.)

Also, was anyone else totally pissed that McCain kept referring to Pro-Choice as Pro-Abortion?! WTF is up with that?! As if people are out encouraging abortions. What sad sack of shit that old man is.

@Fredo - outraged! I kept wishing Obama would loose his cool a little, during that discussion, even if that’s not very presidential. Between pro-abortion, “health of the mother” in air quotes while eyes rolling and the boohoohooing about these Lewis & Ayers characters I didn’t know whether to laugh or cry. At least he didn’t say Maverick once, unless I missed it, and that was a relief.

Yes and the whole “pro-abortion” thing was pissing me off to no end. Who the hell wants to have an abortion?!! No one! Preventative actions need to be taken! That’s why real sex education should be readily made available to everyone! Geez people - just b/c u teach a person about something (sex), doesn’t mean that you’re promoting it! That’s why we have brains, so that we can all make our own informed decisions! Sharing information (sex educ) is the responsible thing to do! Like many first-generation American-born Latinas, if i had waited for my mom to teach me about sex, i would have been up a creek b/c of the whole taboo-related factor!

So Joe the Plumber has no training or education to be a plumber…kinda matches his credentials to be a president-evaluator. Looks like Joe the Fraud won’t be doin’ a lot of work soon, you bet’cha. I don’t think he’ll have to worry about bein’ taxed by that eloquent elitist for makin’ over a quarter million, don’t ya know?
