Last night Extra finally aired the first half of Mario Lopez’s very serious, journalistic interview with Presidential candidate Barack Obama. Mario gets down to brass tacks to ask the Senator what he–Mario Lopez–can do (besides auction off his bod) to save the world from mass destruction. “Vote!” says our fearless leader. “Si se puede!” Obama also compliments Mario on his hot body. Then Mario’s dimples explode. And we’re not ashamed to say we had a little Mariobama sandwich fantasy going on in our heads. If you’d like one too, the full video is after the jump. Tomorrow we find out why Michelle Obama calls Barack a Pumpski!

I liked this interview. Especially about Pumpski. They finally spelled it right. Last time they spoke of Pumpski on Extra they showed “Pumski” on the screen. That was clearly erroneous. Now that they realize that Pumpski is an innocent and fun name they came out with the truth. The publicist pulled back and they said “Hey there is no harm in admitting that it is Pumpski. No need tp pretend it is the dull pumski that they tried to make it out to be. So tomorrow part two is coming out and I hope I see it here. Be sure to place both on this site please so we all can appreciate them. Part two will show PUMPSKI on the screen even bigger than on this one. Finally I am redeemed!
