The Republican party has apparently spent somewhere around $150,000 on Sarah Palin’s clothing, accessories, hair and makeup since September. Or maybe they were shopping for the homeless. In September, according to financial disclosure records, the RNC paid Saks Fifth Avenue in St. Louis and New York a combined $49,425.74. A trip to a Minneapolis Neiman Marcus in early September set them back $75,062.63, a trip Macy’s in the same city cost $9,447.71 and $4,716.49 was spent on hair and makeup, with no such expense being billed before September. In New York City, $5,102.71 went to Bloomingdale’s and $789.72 to Barney’s.

Additionally, $295.00 were spent on baby clothes at Steiniauf & Stroller and $4,902.45 at menswear store at Atelier.

This puts Joe Biden’s $75,000 Swarovski-encrusted sex swing to shame. After the jump, tips on how to dress like Sarah Palin:

and wtf is with the $500 boots? does joethewhoever’s wife think she can get some of those too if palinaspresident becomes true? actually, is she selling the idea to joe so he thinks he can buy those sex boots for his wife should M/P win?

shit, now i’m all confused. good thing the women’s movement has been set back along with me. it’ll take me a few minutes to recover. no woman left behind!

Most of her clothes look like they could haven been bought at Talbots or Sears. What’s the point of buying Dior and D&G if it looks like you bought it at Talbots?

What in the hell did she buy at that baby store? Because I’ve seen her baby in a few pics and he seems to be in brown overalls a lot! And I know you can get those at the Tractor Supply Store for ten bucks.
