Our people have been doing it for ages, but this morning Today reports a new trend: White folks moving their parents in to save money on expenses. But in their sample family, we spotted the culprit— a Latino son-in-law. Fifty eight year-old Tim Lahr (pictured at right) lives with his 25 year-old daughter Serena and her 27 year-old husband Joel Rodriguez. Aha! The video of the entire story, which is after the jump, says that the incidence of parents under the age of 65 moving in with their adult kids is up 75%. It’s like we’re becoming an entire nation of poor Mexicans or something.
