Cuz no one is running up into houses killing up everyone and especially not kid napping children for nothing in Chicago or anywhere else... They didn't steal anything? and if its not the nephew in the trunk how is the uncle or whomever he is rolling around the Chi with a body in the trunk of his car! Don't he know how to get to the Lake?
