- B movie director Lloyd Kaufman received a lifetime achievement award in Spain… for Charlie Kaufman. On the plus side, pre-sales for the DVD release of Poultrygeist: Night of the Chicken Dead are looking pretty good. [P6]
- Colin Powell declared his official endorsement of Barack Obama on “Meet the Press.” Then he gossiped about Suri Cruise. [MSNBC]

If you define “pretty good” as playing it safe and letting your advisors dictate every nuance of your calculated appearance, then yeah, Sarah Palin was “pretty good.”
First of all, Alec Baldwin: You can do no wrong in my eyes.
Secondly, Marky Mark is a tool. Good for him for making fun of his no sense of humor having self.
And third of all, thanks SNL for guiding Sarah Palin away from the political stage and to the entertainment stage where she really belongs. She’s a laff riot as long as she has no control over my life.
