Could Hillary Clinton Be Our New Secretary Of State?

Hazy reports are circling that Hillary Clinton (Remember? That woman-person who isn’t Sarah Palin?) is to be America’s Next Top Secretary of State. According to The Huffington Post, Clinton met with Barack Obama in Chicago last week, where he offered her the position and she agreed to mull it over in her great manse lined with -effigies- commemorative action figures of Obama. At least one other person — a Clinton aide — thinks this would be a splendid idea:

“She is a beloved figure around the world. She has visited over 80 countries, as first lady and senator together.”

The aide is also quoted as saying that, while First Lady, she learned how to effectively as as a “backdoor diplomat.” We’re so sure. Britain’s The Guardian has gone ahead and announced that Clinton has accepted the position, offering no evidence or quote other than “copying and pasting everything in that HuffPo article.”
