Guanabee To Go: Zigmat At Nublu In NYC
21 November 2008, 12:45 PM. By Daniel Mauser
Zigmat, a Brooklyn-based band that made us wait forever and then laughed at our interview questions at this year’s Latin Alternative Music Conference, will be playing tonight at Nublu in NYC. We forgive you, Zigmat. Because we love “Machine” and “Light of the Moon” and lead singer Monica Rodriguez’s hair. The self-described electro / indie / rock group have songs that go perfectly with an idle afternoon of strolling around with over-sized headphones crying because a band made you feel like you’re some doofy kid reporting for a high school paper. NOT COOL. WE’RE JOURNALISTS, SOMETIMES.
