





A food festival in Santiago de Anaya, Mexico features burritos made from ingredients that go beyond the usual carnitas or grilled chicken. But that are probably not too far removed from whatever’s in a Taco Bell enchirrito.
Winners for the tastiest and most innovative burritos can win prizes, while those who sample the dishes can win chronic diarrhea. Rattlesnakes, armadillos, grubs, meal works and mother-in-law are among the myriad ingredients used at the festival.

Umm… I didn’t see a single burrito depicted in that video. Are you sure you weren’t talking about tacos? That would make more sense, anyway.
