Video: John McCain Does SNL For The 143rd Time, QVC For The First

Tired of elitist department stores with their “Gotcha” return policies? Even more tired of how presidential candidates’ campaigns are the equivalent of “Last Comic Standing” / “Kids Say The Darndest Things?” No? Just us? Ok. So anyway. John McCain made his 2,782nd appearance on SNL this past weekend, starring with Tina Fey-as-Sarah Palin and a surprise guest (La Cindy!) on QVC.
They shilled commemorative plates, “Joe” dolls and some lovely pork knives. Which is probably mostly funny because the only people voting for McCain at this point are Lorne Michaels, a smattering of our family members and this one guy in Thunderbolt, Georgia who very nearly shot our boyfriend with a pistol for making a U-turn down his street this weekend. not even my barbies would want to get it on with joe the plumber, and they’ve done a threeway with g.i. joe and batman.
hahahaha! i thought that mccain was brilliant on SNL. the mccain knives that “cut through pork”–hilarious. i hope after obama wins, mccain goes back to being a normal human being instead of that wacky right winger he has turned into this past year.
