Video: Miss Antioquia, Verónica Velasquez, Promotes Homosexual Relationships During Miss Colombia Pageant Q&A

During the question and answer portion of the Miss Colombia competition in Cartagena, Miss Antioquia, Verónica Velasquez, was asked “Do you believe that a woman is the compliment of a man?”

Instead of rolling her eyes and asking what year this is, she responded that, yes, she does. And she also believes that men compliment men, women compliment women and men compliment women as well. Then she mentioned that “once upon a time,” men in Colombia were guilty of machismo. Wink!

Good evening, everyone.
I believe that man compliments man, woman compliments woman. Man with man.
And also that woman compliments man in the same way, in the opposite sense.

Like a backhanded compliment? What?

And we exist to care for one another, to love one another. A woman is the compliment to a man in a very beautiful sense. Because she gives him love, she cares for him.The world is evolving. And each time we give more love to those men who, in Colombia’s case, were machistas. Once upon a time…

Ok. So… maybe she kind of just messed up upon attempting to answer and just went with it? What do you guys think? At the end of her answer, it kind of sounded as if she was saying that all love is meant to be for the benefit of Colombia’s male population.

Either way it does beat “U.S. Americans” answering questions about “the Iraq.”
