anna_wintour_1.16.09A documentary about the life and work of Vogue editor Anna Wintour is set to debut at the Sundance Film Festival this weekend but, lucky you, you can preview it now.

The documentary has Anna’s approval and provides perhaps the only live, actual footage of a nuclear Wintour. Guffaw, babies.

In the clip below, Anna pours over the layout of Vogue’s September issue with her staff, telling them in no uncertain terms that the color scheme they labored, eh, laboriously over is reminiscent of an Easter egg. Made by the devil. Wearing Prada.

Take a look for yourselves. It might be the only time you’ll hear sounds emitted from under Anna’s iconic helmet of hair:

  1. I want to see it. Mostly because (and I don’t know why) I get the vibe that Anna Wintour is so connected to the magazine that she is disconnected to everything else. Like she would ask you where to put the cassette into an iPod and want you to friend her on “Spacebook.”
