Half-Cocked: Cop Mistakes Penis For Gun

One of the best parts of being a cop, we’d guess, is being able to feel up hot thugs on camera. Such was the case for one police officer, who “mistook” a suspect’s penis for another sort of weapon that causes damage when fired quickly into someone face while they laugh because they think that’s really funny.
