The “chic combover” is apparently a burgeoning hair trend for 2009, making it slow journey from the heads of emo Myspacers, sleazy politicians and Donald Trump to designer photo shoots and fashion runways.

The ‘do is created by sweeping all or most of one’s hair to one side, sort of as if you were an extra in Whitesnake video, but less massively teased.
