Top Find: Marlène Cloth Suitcase

Guanabee rummages through the stacks so you don’t have to. Let us sort through the mess and bring you our weekly Top Find.
For your next fancy (or beachy) vacation we have the perfect luggage for you. The Marlène suitcase is unapologetically “twee,” but we forgive it because right now we’re imagining ourselves embarking on a sea voyage, the bright floral patterns of the suitcase glittering at our side as we gaze bravely into the gray unknown. But that could just be the mescaline talking.

Why: While you could definitely find a cheaper suitcase, the Marlène ones are the prettiest we’ve seen in a while. They’re made of cloth so you can easily fold and stash them when you’re not on the road, yet they’re strong enough to zip all your travel necessities into. Little details like chocolate-colored leather handles, secret pockets on the inside and a luggage tag in matching fabric make it just that much better. And if you’ve ever dreamed of role-playing “Bjork on a romantic train trip to Hafnarfjörður” (who hasn’t?) well then, you definitely are going to need this.
How Much: One suitcase runs for about $116.

Get It: Smallable has it in all three designs.
