Michelle And Barack Obama’s First Dance = Awwww!

Michelle Obama stunned everyone last night by wearing a dress to the many, many inaugural balls she and President Obama jiggled last night. It was white! With puffy stuff on it! For those among us who feel Mrs. Obama does not dress “feminine” enough, perhaps a dress made entirely of powdered donuts, used tissues and recycled Cathy comics is feminine? Yes?

We didn’t adore the dress, which was created for the First Lady by Taiwanese designer Jason Wu, but think Barack and Michelle Obama both looked very elegant and charming.

We were actually pretty taken aback by Beyoncé’s choice of dress - It was… tasteful? Elegant? Probably not designed by the House of Derriere? She wore a silk, dove-gray, bateau-neck dress with diamond accents. We could have done without the brooches along the front of the dress but, all in all, a surprising choice of dress coming from Beyoncé. 

Her rendition of “At Last” for the First Couple’s first dance was, as expected, chock-full of made-up syllables. Oh well:
