New Ad Campaign Wonders, “Puerto Rico, What Is WRONG With You?”

A new ad campaign called, “Que Nos Pasa, Puerto Rico?” seeks to take islanders to task for losing their human decency. It features stern looking natives declaring things like, “We can’t even say, ‘I love you.’” Really? But Ricky Martin seems so nice. Produced by Puerto Rican agency De La Cruz & Associates for an unknown busybody client, citizens are invited to submit their own list of immoral Puerto Rican behavior at the website. Like the dirty urinal no one will flush. Ew, Puerto Rico.
The television spot below depicts an old lady who drives, you know, like an old lady. While everyone around her honks. THE NERVE. Speaking of honking, we have an ad idea for a spot addressing those Puerto Ricans who live in New York City and it rhymes with Puerto Rican Day Parade. What? Oh, alright. Check out the old lady haters instead.

Back in the 80’s Hector Suarez had a show in Mexico called “¿Qué nos pasa?”
Why can’t I register - still? I hate leaving comments as a guest.
In other news, this ad campaign is about 3 years old. Someone has to call people out for being jackasses, right?
