Re-Re Reader Mail: We Are Fernando Del Rincon’s Personal Concierge Service

It seems that people the world (wide web) over have very strong, incorrect feelings about the drama surrounding former Univision anchors Carmen Dominicci and Fernando del Rincon. In response to the Fernando’s recent interview with “Al Rojo Vivo,” one reader reached out to us with a message to relay to the disgraced journalist.

This reader “R” had the right idea in sending us emails meant for Fernando. We talk to Fernie every night before bed, calling him on our hamburger phone and crying out, “Swear to blog, homeslice?” whilst wearing a fetching hoodie.

And, because we’re all about helping the community, we’ve decided to post “R’s” advice. Because nothing helps pull someone through a tough time or public torment quite like unsolicited advice from an overzealous stranger. Email below:

Please, por favor, S’il Vous Plait, forward this to Fernando del Rincón: Fernando vi la entrevista que tuviste en Al Rojo Vivo, y decidí enviarte unas palabras de aliento. Primeramente, déjame decirte que nosotros somos cristianos. Es decir, creemos en Dios Padre, Dios Hijo y el Espíritu Santo. No le oramos a ningún ídolo, porque eso es todo lo que son. Un ídolo de plástico, madera, metal, yeso o de lo que sea es todo lo que es. No tiene vida ni poder. Sin embargo, Dios es Todopoderoso.

Fernando, I saw the interview you did with “Al Rojo Vivo,” and decided to send you some words of encouragement. First of all, allow me to tell you that we are Christians. That is to say, we believe in God the Father, God the Son and The Holy Spirit. We do not worship any idols, because that’s all they are. An idol made of plastic, wood, metal, plaster or what have you is nothing more than that. They don’t have life or power. Without a doubt, God is all powerful.

Lo que te quiero decir es que tú tienes talento y que el mundo no se te ha cerrado. Cuando una puerta se cierra, Dios abre una más grande. No sé si hayas pensado en actuar en telenovelas, pero tú tienes muchas más posibilidades de algunos de los actores que trabajan en ellas. Hay unos que son feos, viejos, gordos, sin talento, etc. Tú podrías bien hacerla en el mundo del cine. e pueden dar empleo en otra cadena de televisión. Aprende a orarle a Dios y El te va a ayudar.

What I’m trying to say is that you have talent and the world has not come to an end. When one door closes, God opens another, bigger door. I’m not sure if you’ve given any though to working in Telenovelas, but you have much more of a possibility than many of the actors who work in them. There are some who are ugly, old, fat, talentless, etc. You could do well in the realm of film and could find a job at another TV channel. Learn to pray to God and He will help you.

Si nunca has recibido a Jesucristo como tu Señor y Salvador, el primer paso es de hacerlo. If you’ve never received Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, then that is the first thing you should do. Read the following passage and, when you understand it fully, tell is to God, out loud: “Holy Father, in the name of your Son Jesus Christ, I am sorry for my sins. I ask for your forgiveness, that you live in me and that you guide me through the Holy Spirit. Si has hecho esa oración, todos tus pecados has sido perdonados por Dios. Eso no lo puede hacer ningún humano; sólo Dios. Ahora, eres su hijo. Pídele que te guíe por medio del Espíritu Santo a solicitar por el empleo que El tiene preparado para ti. Siempre que le ores a Dios, siempre comienza así: “Dios Padre, en el nombre de Jesucristo, te pido…….”. Si lo haces en fe, El hará lo demás. Nosotros hemos visto miles de milagros, porque siempre oramos en fe. La clave es la fe. Tienes que tener fe. Dios te bendiga!!!!

Ask him to guide you through the power of the Holy Spirit and go after the job He has prepared for you. Whenever you pray to God, always be sure to begin with this: “Holy Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, I ask you…” If you do this in faith, He will take care of the rest.
