Rudo Y Cursi’s Movie Soundtrack Is Ahhh OMG So Good

The track listing for the upcoming Rudo y Cursi movie sound track is out and, aaaaah!, it gives us even more reason to be exciting about this film! And here we though it didn’t get any better than Diego Luna in a mustache or Gael Garcia Bernal covering Cheap Trick with glamorous results.

The soundtrack will be divided into two separate discs: “Cursi,” which features covers of older songs and “Rudo,” which features new tracks by artists like Devendra Banhart and Kumbia Queers. Although, honestly, both records could feature little more than a series of random hand claps accompanying Diego and Gael singing “Old McDonald,” and we’d be totally fine. Maybe some cowbell, too.
