High Kick Girl! tells the tale of young high school student Kei. She’s a star at her dojo but her master, Matsumura, continually fails to grant her a blackbelt, even as she outshines her male peers. Could it be because of her propensity to kick large men in the neck or callously break poor, defenseless wooden bats? Exactly! Will Kei ever learn there is more to karate than kicking ass? Pray she never does.
