A Rod SteroidsAlex Rodriguez tested positive for two anabolic steroids in 2003 according to a report by Sports Illustrated, which has been verified by four sources.  That  year the slugger won the American League’s Most Valuable Player Award and won the AL home run title.

According to SI’s source, “Rodriguez’s name appears on a list of 104 players who tested positive for performance-enhancing drugs in Major League Baseball’s ‘03 survey testing.”

When a reporter for the sports organization approached A Rod at a gym on Thursday to discuss his 2003 test results, Rodriguez replied “You’ll have to talk to the union…I am not saying anything.” Did Madonna knew about this? Did A Rod’s big balls were reduced to a tiny pair of chicharines? How did this list in which A Rod’s name is mentioned come about?

As part of a joint agreement between the MLB and the player’s union, the ‘03 survey was conducted to decide if it was necessary to implement mandatory random testing across the MLB in 2004. In 2003 there were no penalties for players who tested positive for steroids use even though the MLB’s drug policy since 1991 did not allow the use of enhancers without a prescription. We thought players get penalized like $20K for being five minutes late to practice. Since he begun playing A Rod did get bulkier over the years. Can you tell from the following set of pics?
