Jessica Alba, Cash Warren Blame Media For Ruining Their Wedding

It’s been like, what, a week since we’ve had some fresh “Jessica Alba is upset over something” news. But, hark! The angels are singing, the clouds have parted and a morsel of news hath a sad cherub farted: Jessica Alba is mad that someone leaked news of her marriage to Cash Warren to the media.

Jessica was in sadtown when her parents read news of her marriage before she got a chance to tell them. Which is maybe why it’s a good idea to let your parents know before, or while, you are having a shotgun wedding civil ceremony in Beverly Hills:

The person who helped us sign the documents told the press that day, so my parents found out from a reporter before we got to tell them. We were planning to take them out to dinner and tell them, but that got ruined.

[I was] More hurt, probably, than anything. It’s not the first time something like that has happened. Journalists feel entitled to do whatever it takes to get a sensational story, no matter how it affects the person involved. We’re not really people, right? We’re just celebrities.

So their parents found out over not-a-dinner-at-Popeye’s. That didn’t really ruin anything. The couple is still happy and married and babied and frolicking and lip syncing in their giant Los Angeles mansion.

Plus, it seems silly to blame the media for running the story when it was someone at the courthouse who decided to leak the news. Silly geese.
