Sergi Xavier M.M. Feels “Sickened” By Video Of His 2007 Attack On Ecuadorian Girl

The 21 year-old Spanish skinhead, known to the press as Sergi M.M., who attacked a 15 year-old Ecuadorian immigrant girl on a Barcelona subway in October of 2007 began court proceedings yesterday by saying he feels “sickened” watching the security video that captured it all.
“It wasn’t me on that video,” he said, testifying he has no memory of the evening because he drank about 12 or 13 beers and Cuba Libres and took ecstasy before attacking the young girl, kicking her in the shoulder, groping her breast and calling her a “puta” and a “fucking immigrant.” He looks pretty coordinated to us in that video, even having a conversation on his cell phone as he committed the attack.
The prosecution is seeking a sentence of 20 months in jail and a fine of 750 Euros plus a restraining order that prohibits Sergi from coming within 1,000 meters of the victim who suffers from post traumatic stress disorder and social phobia since the attack.

He seemed sober in the security camera video. He wasn’t swaying as he walked or anything like that.
He’s sickened by the fact he could face jail. That fucker terrorized that poor kid, fucking kicked her, yelled awful slurs at her and groped her breast, which I’m sure she took to mean he could threaten sexual assault as well. Meanwhile, everyone else on the train just let that little racist, misogynistic fuck do whatever the fuck he wanted.
