theodorecharlesschmidt22509 Houston area law enforcement officials have arrested 27 year-old Theodore Charles Schmidt in the murder case of 27 year-old Sabrina Pina who was found in a ditch Monday with a gunshot wound to the head. Pina disappeared Saturday afternoon from a shopping center where her abandoned truck was found.

Investigators say Schmidt, a high school classmate of Pina’s, has matching fingerprints to those found on duct tape used to bind Pina’s hands and cover her eyes. His prints were on record from a September arrest for theft that involved Schmidt selling something on ebay to a party in New York and then not delivering it. He was indicted for that crime in December. Schmidt maintains he has had no contact with Pina since high school, but a judge this morning charged him with capital murder and ordered him held without bail on accusations that he abducted and killed her.

Assistant District Attorney Donna Hawkins told the press authorities found “firearms evidence” consistent with Pina’s wounds and that a police dog picked up on Pina’s scent on Schmidt’s clothing at his apartment.

What a piece of shit. Texas has the death penalty. Maybe he’ll be found deserving of it…

  2. I hope this mother-fucker roasts in hell. My dear college friend also fell prey to a cowardly murderer who assassinated her. The people committing these crimes do no deserve to live.

ppl like that do not deserve the easy way out….A life sentence in a 5×5 would do just fine till he expires.
Death penalty I really do not agree with, except when a crime has been commited to cause harm and pain to the innocent like a child,an elderly and any animal.
For someone like this, I say kill them all let God sort them out. A coward man that takes the life of a woman should die…ever so slowly.

  4. This murder, as should all, has touched all members of her sorority. It is sad occurrence, and these murders continue in our society way too often. There is no solution, no probable way to weed out people who can not adapt in our society and obey the law and the rights of other humans.
