obama_gray_hair_3.5.09The New York Times has an equal parts delightful and ridiculous story on President Barack Obama’s graying hair. Noticeable deep into this campaign, the 47-year-old’s hair is turning white along the temples. Sexy.

His longtime hairdresser, who goes by Zariff, sternly refutes allegations that President Obama is either graying or dying his black on purpose. But we wouldn’t blame him if he did. Because men with graying hair? Are hot(ttt.) We’re not sure if it’s because a mix of dark and gray hair imply a mix of youthfulness and the dignity that comes with age, but we’re all about this look. Not convinced? Take a look at these dudes:

Jorge Ramos

Jorge Ramos is probably the dreamiest Spanish-language news anchor ever. Sure, the Spandexed ladies in Lucite heels with big… hair often get the most attention, but there’s no denying Jorge is hot nearly to the point of distraction. Oh, is there an tsunami causing death and destruction, J? Yeah there is. In our pants. Inappropriate.

George Clooney

George Clooney is, and has always been, hot. Thank goodness he grew out that stupid little Caesar hairstyle and let his salt-and-pepper tousle in the breeze as God intended.

Bill Clinton

Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar. And sometimes Bill Clinton looks pretty good.

Anderson Cooper

Asshole dolphin trainers the world over agree: Anderson Cooper didn’t earn the title of “Silver Fox” for nothing.

Jon Stewart

Because he’s already smart, cute and witty, Jon Stewart’s mop of graying hair is just a cherry on a sundae made of words and exasperated sighs. And pen flips. Lots of pen flips.

Erik Estrada

ERIK, TONE DOWN THE HOTNESS. It’s obscene.

George Lopez

Ok, stay with us. George may not be “cute” in the traditional sense, but doesn’t he look like a thousand times better with his hair gray? Plus: Nice jacket, Slick.

So, tell us. Do you agree with our list? Are there any men you’d have added?
