Meet Camille Guaty

Camilla Guaty is currently making the rounds over the internet thanks to her role in the ABC romantic comedy “Cupid.” Since its not everyday a relatively unknown Latina actress is in the press for something other than trying to punch a photographer while seated in a wheelchair, we thought we’d try to find out a little more about Camille.

Camille, 30, is of Cuban, Puerto Rican and Spanish descent. She’s played characters - Latina and otherwise - on shows like “Las Vegas,” “The Nine” and “Prison Break.”

In “Cupid,” Camille plays Lita Araiza, an artist who works at a bar alongside a man who claims to be Cupid - played by Bobby Cannavale (who is hot and also happens to be of Cuban - and Italian - descent). 

Camille also happens to have dimples deep enough to hide your keys in. If you were odd and prone to that sort of thing.

We’ll definitely be keeping an eye on this show since its rare for a series to have two Latino leads on a show that isn’t necessarily about Latinos.
