Stern, Kapoor, Eroshevich: All Aboard The Double Dutch Drug Bust

Here are lovely mug shots of Anna Nicole Smith’s lawyer Howard K. Stern and one of her drug doctors Sandeep Kapoor (left to right) after being charged by the Los Angeles Attorney General for “excessively” providing Smith with prescription drugs that eventually killed her.

As we learned last night, these two and Smith’s psychiatrist Khristine Eroshevich are being charged with eight felonies combined which are:

Stern and Kapoor –one count of unlawfully prescribing a controlled substance.
Eroshevich and Stern — unlawfully prescribing a controlled substance between June 2004 and January 2007.
Kapoor and Stern — one count of “prescribing, administering or dispensing a controlled substance to an addict.”
Eroshevich –also charged with the same crime for separate prescriptions.

There’s pretty much no one more evil than an MD who deals drugs, and a “boyfriend” who goes along with it? Trash. But, yeah, they’re innocent until proven guilty trash.
