Spanish Prime Minister Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero accidentally used the F word - in this case “follar” - during a speech on tourism in Russia. He finished his speech by correcting himself with “apoyar,” but the high-larious damage was done and video of Zapatero’s gaffe has made him an instant internet meme.

Zapatero, joined by Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, was expanding (in his pants) on a Spanish tourism agreement with Moscow. And he decided to recount all the many exciting possibilities a trip to Russia can provide:

There is a big increase in the number of Spanish tourists heading to Russia, the number is at 500,000, we have therefore decided to sign an agreement to stimulate, to favour, to fuck… to support this tourism.
