Adam Dylan Leon Attempts To Have His Plane Shot Down Over Ellsinore, Missouri

Adam Dylan Leon, 31, has been accused of stealing a plane from Canada and flying it erratically over three U.S. states over the course of six hours with the intention of being shot down. Follow your dreams, always.
Leon was eventually arrested in a Ellsinore, Missouri convenience store after having landed the single-engine, four-seat Cessna.
Trooper Justin Watson, the man who arrested Leon, explains the would-be kamikaze pilot’s motivation:
He made a statement that he was trying to commit suicide and he didn’t have the courage to do it himself. And his idea was to fly the aircraft into the United States, where he would be shot down.
Little did he know how little we’d really care. The plane Leon took was reported stolen from the Confederation College Flight School at Thunder Bay International Airport in Ontario, and was eventually intercepted by F-16 fighter pilots which followed Leon until he eventually landed. Leon apparently saw the fighter pilots, neglected to follow their instructions. The capitol building in Madison, Wisconsin was briefly evacuated upon noticing the erratically-flying aircraft. But, mostly, people were like, “Eh.”
Leon was born Yavuz Berke in his native Turkey, but changed his name upon becoming a Canadian citizen last year.

This guy didn’t try and kill himself. He’s a terrorist who tried to steal this plane for a terrorist act. He got caught and now he is lying. Wake up people.
Lets try to read a little more into this. He was a Turkish Muslim who had just changed his name, on a (he himself said) suicidal mission, who could find nothing to crash into of importance, and ended up on the road out of gas. That’s all I read out of it. Am I being paranoid?
A terrorist? A small Cessna wouldn’t be much of a weapon. But it is all about the fear more than the actual damage.
Likely, this is nothing more than what it reads - crazy guy steals plane.
But - what if this guy had been spraying a viral or toxic agent along his 7 hour flightpath? Who would have noticed?
You can bet Al-Q was reading about this! It would be near impossible to stop a well-planned attack like this. They could buy 10 planes and make perfectly legal flights from Mexico.
