Alex Da Silva To Cha-Cha Out Of Jail, Not Charged For Alleged Rape

A twist  (no pun) has occurred in the case of Alex Da Silva–the So You Think You Can Dance choreographer who was arrested Saturday on four counts of alleged sexual assault of his students: Police are letting him go some time today without pressing charges. Da Silva has been in jail since Saturday in lieu of a $3.8 million bail, but prosecutors say there isn’t enough evidence to hold him. A spokeswoman for the District Attorney, though, says they have more alleged victims who’ve come forward that have yet to be interviewed. Stay tuned.
