Elvis Crespo Gets Off! Again!

The feds have decided not to press charges against Elvis Crespo for allegedly masturbating on a flight from Houston to Miami last month, but Patricia Parea, the witness who reported Crespo, is not giving up so easily!

In an open letter to Puerto Rican daily Primera Hora, Parea’s lawyer says they are looking for more witnesses and considering legal action to continue the case. He also says she’s disgusted by the FBI’s decision not to prosecute Crespo and that the MySpace video he published and subsequently removed two weeks ago, implies that she is a liar–an allegation she doesn’t take lightly. Not to mention, if Crespo did whack off in public, she probably doesn’t want him to do it to someone else. Meanwhile, the Continental airlines crew from the flight and the Miami airport staff have confirmed her story, so wtf?

Parea also says that when she first reported the perv whacking off in the first class seat next to her, she had no idea who he was. Parea’s lawyer also writes that Parea feels bad for Crespo’s wife and family having to live with the sick shit this guy has done. (We paraphrase.) Stay tuned.
