Paraguayan Bishop Turned President Fernando Lugo Has A Lovechild With Viviana Carillo
15 April 2009, 10:39 AM. By Cindy Casares
Paraguayan President Fernando Lugo made a Thornbirdsian announcement Monday, admitting he fathered a child with one Viviana Carrillo before he was president, when he was A CATHOLIC BISHOP.
The couple’s son, Guillermo Armindo, is two years old and lives with his mother, the 26 year-old Carillo who says she met Lugo when she was 16 and was “seduced by his lovely words as bishop.” Ew. Lugo stayed with Carillo’s godmother back then and who knows what they got up to in her house.
When Lugo decided to pursue a political career, the Church wouldn’t let him step down, but they did demote him to layperson status. Obvs. he’d already been laying persons all over that woman’s house.
Critics say Lugo only confessed to the paternity after someone, not Carillo, threatened him with a paternity suit. It is odd that the kid is already two and he hasn’t helped him until now that he is the most high profile person in Paraguay. For her part, Carillo says Lugo promised to marry her when he left the Church, so yeah. Keep on holding your breath for that one, doll.
