Jessica Alba Won’t Eat White Food. Ahem.
1 April 2009, 10:53 AM. By Alex Alvarez
Jessica Alba’s is trying to keep slim by avoiding all “white” foods - any food that contains white sugar or flour. And she’s forcing husband Cash Warren and mom Catherine to follow her diet, too. Which is lovely and healthy, except, personally, we would seriously cut an Alba who tried to tell us what we can and cannot eat in our own home.
Jessica still eats carbs - as long as they are made with whole grains and without refined sugars. Her goal, besides keeping her weight down, is to have daughter Honor Marie grow up in a healthy household full of people who think they’re superior because they don’t spend their Tuesday nights eating Papa John’s while watching “American Idol.” Like some people. Because, sometimes, people who feel good health is not a personal choice but a movement can be less than fun to hang out with. Says a source close to Alba (Honor, holding tight to a crust of Wonder bread):
Even at restaurants, Jess will tell her mom to stay away from something.
So what does Jessica eat when she’s craving food that doesn’t taste like it’s already passed through someone’s system?:
Craving sweets? Create a pastry by topping a whole-wheat crust with fresh fruit.
Seriously, fuck you. That is not a pastry.
But eliminating processed foods from your diet is a great way to maintain a healthier lifestyle, and probably won’t leave you in a slump every day around three.

Albaaaaaaaa
I hate tabloids. Now and forever. Amen.
I’m going to start using the phrase ‘cut an Alba’ regularly. Truthfully, I won’t be, but I liked it enough to say that.
