People’s “100 Most Beautiful” Contains The Same Latinas Everyone Calls Beautiful, All The Time

It seems that, every time there’s a list of “Beautiful People” to cobbled together in some mainstream magazine, no one looks beyond the same, predictable group of pretty Latina actresses and singers to include.
Check out the ladies (Latino men are not “Beautiful” this year, we guess) that made the list: Eva Mendes (without makeup!), Jennifer Lopez (with lots of makeup!), Eva Longoria, Selena Gomez & Demi Lovato, Christina Aguilera and son Max, and Natalie Morales and son Luke.
Yawn! Not that these ladies and/or their womb wombats aren’t good looking and whatnot, but we’re tired of the same handful of Latina stars getting the spotlight time and time again. So, allow us to propose some new blood:
Arlenis Pena
The Dominican model was actually included on this list, but in a sub-section on looking good at any age along with fellow Latina Ana Ortiz. Arlenis is gorgeous and a refreshing departure from pale, light-eyed Eastern European models that show up everywhere. Why devote two pages to Jennifer Lopez’s veneers and hide Arlenis in a line-up of 20-somethings? Give us more Arlenis! Please.
Ximena Sariñana
We’ve met Ximena and not only is she a talented singer and actress, she’s also a sweet person. Give her a listen:
Jackie Guerra
How could you not include Jackie? Really now.

What.. tbh I would put Arlenis Sosa in number one… I’ve never seen someone as beautiful as her… I even think she’s one of the most beautiful woman in the world.

julieta venegas and pilar diaz? ok, maybe i just have friend crushes on them. but they’re extremely talented as well as pretty attractive in my eyes.
