Nazarena Velez & Daughter Barbara Pucheta Pose As Naked/Clothed Virgin Marys

Can Latin America just get over their virgin-whore thing? No? Okay well then let’s look at some topless Virgin Mary pics of Argentina’s Nazarena Velez from a 2006 issue of Rolling Stone. Velez recently gave her blessing for her fourteen year-old daughter Barbara Pucheta to also pose as the Virgin Mary, albeit with more clothes on. Pucheta will appear in an ad campaign for a clothing brand, charmingly titled De Puta Madre, that markets itself as having been created by a Colombian drug dealer located in a Spanish prison.

Nazarena, a cabaret artiste from Argentina, first made headlines in 2006 when she posed for some–okay, we’ll just say it–cuckoo topless pics of herself dressed as the Virgin Mary holding a creepy, porcelain baby doll in that country’s version of Rolling Stone magazine. Now daughter Barbara is representing this clothing line dressed as Mary in an ad campaign that conveniently draws on Nazarena’s infamy. For now, Barbara is the virgin to Nazarena’s whore, but how long before Barbara is naked, too? With the emphasis on female beauty in South America, we’re going to guess maybe four years?
