No Pants Subway Ride In Sao Paolo Just Like Any Other Day
17 April 2009, 11:36 AM. By Cindy Casares
A No Pants Subway Ride, not to be mistaken for a No Pants Day, happened in Sao Palo yesterday. The event originally began in New York in 2002 when infamous pranksters Improv Everywhere recruited riders who boarded subways at seemingly random stops without pants on and prentended not to know one another. The joke was so popular, it’s now done in 21 countries. Of course, in Brazil, any excuse to be half naked is well received, so hundreds of Brazilians show up in their finest Spongebob boxers and butfloss. You know, just an ordinary day for them.

There are stranger things to be seen on the subway. Try riding the subway after the bars close at 3am.
