prince_4.9.09Prince, the artists formerly known as “the artist formerly known as Prince,” has written a song about his crush on Salma Hayek. The song, “Valentina,” is named for Salma’s baby daughter and contains lyrics like: “Hey Valentina, tell your mama she should give me a call/ When she get tired of runnin’ after you down the hall/And she’s all worn out from those late-night feedings/and she’s ready for another rock and roll meeting.” Somehow, we doubt Valentina will relay that message.

Fun fact: Salma directed Prince’s video for “Te Amo Corazón” back in 2006. Other fun fact: Prince is really flexible. Case in point, this lyrics, also from “Valentina:” “If Penelope wants to Cruz there ain’t no way that we ain’t gon’ dance.”

Nothing attracts a lady quite like asking her child to let you know a tiny gremlin wants to sex you, or the promise of a threesome with said lady’s best friend.

What do you think: Is the song flattering, or terribly creepy?
