Raelene Aguilar, Former Miss New Mexico USA, Busted For DWI In El Paso

Just before 4AM today, former Miss New Mexico USA, Raelene Aguilar was arrested for DWI in El Paso, according to El Paso County Court’s Web site. Aguilar, who attended the University of Texas at El Paso, was stopped for speeding when she allegedly failed a field sobriety test and was arrested on the DWI charges.
She was taken to a county jail, faced a judge and was out on a bail of $600 a few hours after her arrest at 9:15 a.m. Which goes to show you, if you’re going to drink and drive, do it very early in the morning and the whole thing will be over quickly. Unless you’re the former Miss New Mexico and the former Miss Teen New Mexico. In which case, you’ll end up on TMZ.
Aguilar and her lawyer deny the whole thing claiming she wasn’t speeding and never submitted to a breathalizer test and therefore never failed one. We shall see.

I saw her at about 1 am. I watched her dancing for a long time. I was captivated by her beauty. I didn’t know she was famous. I did not see her drinking. Niether her or the guy she was dancing with appeared drunk. All day I kept thinking about how attractive she was . Then I saw her picture on the news. Then my girlfriend told me that she knows her.
Once I danced with Carmen Elektra. Now I have another story to tell.
Man, she’s on TMZ? Even though she was just the something or other for New Mexico? I didn’t know NM registered on the rest of the country’s map, besides stuff about Bill Richardson. Is TMZ just sucking lately…?

shes amazing, and i still love her anyways :) stuff happens, and she handled it very well. & no she did not take a breathalizer test!
