Elba Esther Gordillo, Head Of Mexican Teachers Union, Flashed A Conference

Mexican Teachers Union Head Elba Esther Gordillo experienced a wardrobe malfunction that, unbeknownst to her, exposed the top half of both her breasts to an entire conference room full of her colleagues. Gordillo is famously abhorred in her country for extorting money from the union, (The Economist estimates it to be around $70 million), to pay for plastic surgery amongst other personal expenses. Which begs the question: Well, Mexico, did she get your money’s worth?
