Jennifer Lopez’s New Song, “What Is Love?” Leaves Us Wondering

“What Is Love?” the new track from Jennifer Lopez has hit the internet and it’s aiight if you like that sort of thing. We must admit a lot of JLo’s dance hits can be guilty pleasures for us, but, “What is Love?” is more like one of those songs that will sell a million copies because it will be played 87 times a day on the radio and, let’s face it, brainwashing is what sells most of the music on the top 40. The lyrics are, once again about her shitty lovelife. “People told me/I should write a love song/Girl, you sound so angry/You could use some variation.” It’s like she read Alex’s post or something!  Speaking of, why is she so damn sad all the time? She’s richer than Job, but still she’s all wah, wah, wah. The melody–if you can say this song has one–is sampled from Nellly Furtado’s “All Good Things (Come To An End),” a slightly less underwhelming song. What do you guys think?
