“John Boehner Is A Person Of Color,” Says Your Prez At The White House Correpsondents’ Dinner

Last night Barack Obama addressed the White House Correspondents’ Dinner and was his usual charming self. Since it’s Sunday, we will post the whole 17 minutes here, but we will point out one joke he made that is especially pertinent to those of you who hate Whitey. At minute 10:52, Obama addresses House Minority Leader John Boehner’s (pictured) anti-Obama video that implies the Congressional Hispanic Caucus is a terrorist cell by saying Boehner is “a person of color. Although not a color that appears in the natural world.” We assume this is referring to Boehner’s propensity for fake tanning. Otherwise, he’s a lizard person. Either of these theories seems perfectly viable to us.

Obama also joked in his speech that Hillary Clinton tried to give him swine flu the minute she returned from Mexico and made a reference to Hugo Chavez’s literary gift last month at the Summit of the Americas by showing a picture of himself meeting with Captain Hook and assuring the audience that, “Just because he handed me a copy of Peter Pan, does not mean that I am going to read it.”
