I believe he is just weak compared with thousands of fellow priests who promised celibacy and sacrifice their lives. Rules are rules, and rules exist everywhere: home, school, military, work, church etc.On the other hand I believe he wants to start another church like the hundreds of other that due to certain disagreements with the catholic church are now in existence. May be it is about time the Vatican should change because rigth now not too many toung boys want to become priests because of celibacy.

When I heard that Father Alberto had a girlfriend, all I could feel was joy because love is king. When I went to church, the priest asked us not to judge Father Alberto and this other priest reminded us that certain trends like the vow of celibacy could change. Unfortunetly, after hearing Father Alberto's interiews, I can't help but judge. 1. Falling in love doesn't last two years. 2. Revealing that he had sex with the lady is disrespectful. 3. Not getting married right away means he doesn't believe fervantly about marriage and he's setting a bad example for this. 4. Taking weeks or more to make a decision shows that he doesn't love her enough to do what's right. 5. He's allowing speculations about his integrity fester: ex. He need time to think because he doesn't want to give up his profitable life.

His actions of saying he wants to think more about it makes him seem both unwise and unintelligent. As a Catholic person who has gone to Church by will for almost a decade, I can say that Catholic Priests are deserving of much pity: they seem like prisoners and those are probably used to being waited on and not working.

Ah, but we never see the ones that do work hard, committ themselves to painful labors with the sole purpose of sharing Christ's pain. Those men and women are good, tormented, wonders that have their own vocation.

Only God knows who is who. The reality is that the priesthood is a profession and not a personal relationship between the conductor and the parishoner. The priest can say wonders and the parishoners need to heard the Word, but the conductor is not God.

The messanger loses all his powers and becomes human during inappropriate circumstances.

Do priests need to be unmarried to do their job? Not all of them, but some know how much it helps them in particular.

Is it inhumane to keep priests from marring? Yes.

Has it been necessary to have single priests? Maybe.

The question is: how will all the planet, as Church, help prevent the corruption that celibacy has helped prevent for about 800 years???

There is no doubt in my mind that the Catholic Church can be what God intended it to be. All we need is union, adoration of God and a respect for wealth: a respect for wealth means you respect that God intened that money be used for living expenses, but you don't fall in love with money.

You don't fall in love with riches. You don't fall in love with a community leader. You don't fall in love with a comfortable life.

After that, to participate as Church all you need to do is forgive, forgive and forgive. Seek justice not revenenge and be in peace.

Father Cutie deserves to be expelled from the catholic church, for being a hypocrite to the church and his followers. The pain he has caused the church is unforgivable, personally I believe he is a coward, for the way he revealed his infidelity to the catholic church after twenty years of service. I 'am stun by his poor judgment
