He is half Mexicano and identifies as such. The fact that is resigned because he fell in love with a peer and not anything scandalous is extremely sad. JW has been an awesome mayor. Just look at his reelection numbers. He was also a very successful Peace Corps Volunteer in Bolivia, where he was much loved. I will be sad to see him go.
