LeAnn Rimes Meets Up With Eddie Cibrian At A Lakers Game… What A Coincidence

Just two months after LeAnn Rimes was caught making Eddie Cibrian marginally more famous at a motel in Malibu, the country-singer-turned-made-for-TV-actress ran into her former co-star at the Staples Center during a Lakers game yesterday. The two paid a visit to the arena’s bar during half-time and, instead of immediately rushing to the nearest lavatory to rock oneself gently in a stall, they acknowledged one another smilingly and even stuck around to joke with a bartender. 

Interestingly, LeAnn was originally slated to perform with the Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra in Jacksonville, Florida on Saturday, but cancelled at the last minute due to illness. According to her website:

LeAnn has unfortunately lost her voice, and due to doctor’s orders, must go on vocal rest at this time. She sincerely regrets not being able to perform in Jacksonville.

A basketball game provides, as we know, the perfect opportunity to rest one’s voice. Perhaps while doing an “Aaaaoooogaaa!” wail for the benefit of a friend who is trying desperately to drink herself into a blackout:

Oh LeAnn. If you have a crush on LeEddie, don’t cancel a concert in Florida so you can spend the weekend closer to him in hopes of catching him unawares under the flash of TMZ cameras. Do as the rest of us do and simply stalk him through Facebook.

Actually, kudos to them both for handling the fallout of their hurtful and embarrassing extramarital affair in such a mature and adult manner.
