Ruhama Canellis Is Father Alberto Cutié’s Possible Love Interest
8 May 2009, 3:16 PM. By Alex Alvarez
Ruhama Canellis has been identified as possibly being the woman photographed with Father Alberto Cutié on a Florida beach. Since América TV reported Canellis’ Miami Beach address, reporters have been waiting outside her building.
Some reports say Canellis had to ask for police intervention because of the crowds of photographers and onlookers gathered outside her home.
Florida records show the divorced mother of two to be a “body wrapper and facial specialist.” UN. HOLY. She’s also thought to have worked with Father Cutié on his show.
How very scandalous. But what does “El Puma” make of all this?:
What do you make of television stations reporting Canellis’ address and family history? Is she fair game for the media since being caught with a TV celebrity, or have they crossed a line?

I love this; i always knew love sees no limits and is blind in all sense of community. i fel in love with someone and the society made it so difficult to take the right steps. i pray for both Ruhama Canellis and Father Alberto. at one point i thought our local father was hot but he never paid no attention to me. i know the society is going to make a big deal about this and this story is already spreading like wildfire at human search engines http and Twitter but what takes me offgaurd are the public reaction on videos at places like Youtube. why can’t the people let everyone live their own personal life. we all our skeltons and to hide ours we poke at other peoples life. at the end of the day Ruhama Canellis and Father Alberto have to answer to God and no one in the world can tell us for sure what God will forgive? Let the love take its toll and let the church take it course and who knows what the end result will be. as human we all have feelings and if it is true love among them i’m all for it.
do you realize how selfish that sounds?
if you truly love someone and respect them, you don’t ruin their reputation and ruin their career. a person who loves someone would walk away and allow them to pursue what they hold dear (a life devoted to the priesthood), or would sit down and discuss leaving the church so that the two can establish a relationship. putting everything someone has worked hard for, including the admiration and trust of their congregation, to make out on the beach isn’t love, it’s selfishness and immaturity on both the part of ruhama and alberto cutie.
father cutie doesnt only have to “answer to god” - he has to answer to the fan and members of his church that he’s lied to.
A two year relationship is hardly a sin that just happened out of sudden temptation. He had an agreement to fulfill with the Catholic chuch and they both have deceived everyone; then shamelessly displayed their affection in public. They are both adults and should act responsibly. I respect my religion and believe they should do the same. Particularly one that has taken vows.
You critics are, or were at the moment you wrote your comments, in my humble opinion being *hyper*critical of these two people while being *hypo*critical of yourselves. Your hypocrisy can be understood and sympathized with, in terms of your own fears and hurts, your own possible unresolved guiltinesses, and maybe even - I hope not, I do not know - the culmination of these in Hate.
You already know that you would have to be able to do the impossible - to live another person’s life, to own for yourself his or her very specific combination of experiences - before you could be fit to pass the above sorts of judgments on any person. Ask yourself honestly: Is that something you can do? - Anything less is surely a violation of God’s commandment, Thou Shalt Not Steal; and it becomes even worse when you steal from God Himself.
I am a sinner; I am being saved anew, each moment of each day, by God’s continuing grace; and - if you are to be saved - so are you. My friends, we all play the hypocrite from time to time, in passing judgment without sufficient information or authority; and for this we all need forgiveness. Be mindful of the words of Jesus which immediately follow the Our Father: “For if you forgive others for their transgressions, your heavenly Father will also forgive you; but if you do not forgive others, then your Father will not forgive your transgressions.” This is why the Lord’s own prayer, the Our Father, says, “Forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors.” But these words were meant for others’ offenses against *you*; who here has committed an offense against *you*? Do not steal from the Lord GOD His unique and supreme authority to be the Judge of all people - in particular in matters of possible offense primarily to *Him* - and do not steal from these people their right to be judged in these matters by Him and Him alone.
Take note, I DO NOT CONDEMN YOU, for I have done the same thing in other situations; but I encourage and exhort you, Let Go of what is not yours, and return instead to the weighty and difficult matter of living your own complicated lives before God.
Ok (ex) father Alberto, we are hypocrites but no fair writing this about your critics!
Mr. Cutie, was that him on the above blog? Poor thing. He will regret what he has done. He is young and stupid. Hope he learns from his mistakes. He is in cloud nine right now but no human being, however powerful, or good looking or rich he /she is can equal the happiness that only God can give in a celibate consecrated life with Him. I know. I once had a affair with a priest who misled me terribly. Sex is overrated and it is not what it is cracked up to be. Mr. Cutie does not know what love is and its difference with lust. Only God can give that perfect peace and happiness because He is the only One who is perfect.
