Theyre talking about wider aisles, shorter shelves in a store that is specifically built for Latinos - why would they not say "in the future, all walmart stores will have wider aisles" instead of making it something that is connected to the Latino shopping experience? The whole concept smacks of segregation. Just include more Latino products among the stuff that is already there. I went to Mi Tienda, and the aisles, flooring and shelves were similar to all the stores I have been to in California except for big box stores (Costco).
