“Conando” Acknowledges His Spanish-Speaking Audience With New Telenovela

Watch Conan’s new telenovela “Noches de Pasion”, which he decided to do as an homage to his new town L.A. I love the guy and the novela made me crack up, especially Andy as a mariachi. But, what do you think? Is it perpetuating a stale view of Latino culture, or is it all in good fun? BTW I know he’s reading off cue cards, but who knew he could espeaky the espanishy so well.

I am of the school of thought that you can forgive anything if it is funny and this is funny and, on a serious note, I love that Conan is the first in Hollywood to publicly acknowledge there are a shitload of Latinos in LA.
Conan has been doing this skit forever. Where have you guys been?
