08-01-17_money8Three Latinas and one mind-bogglingy wealthy Latino strutted their way onto this year’s Forbes’ Celebrity 100 list, which ranks celebrities in terms of their wealth and influence. One big change on this year’s list is the fact that Angelina Jolie knocked Oprah off the list this year, which made us gasp until we realized we didn’t really care.

Anyway, here’s a rundown of some Latinoids who are richer and more famous than you are:

#89: Eva Longoria Parker - $9 million

Eva pulls in about  $225,000 per episode of Desperate Housewives. Which seems a smidge excessive. She’s also endorsed a slew of products, including L’Oréal, and she’s also helped produce the ALMA Awards.

#73 Cameron Diaz - $20 million

Forbes thinks Cameron’s work in the upcoming film My Daughter’s Keeper will earn her an Oscar nominations. Which is really sweet of them to say.

#72 Gisele Bunchen - $25 million

Yes, we know. She’s the richest model who ever was or will be. She has myriad endorsement deals, her own shoe line and she will straight up eat your baby.

#55 Ronaldinho - $30 million

Ronaldinho has endorsement deals with companies like Nike and Pepsi (the athlete’s beverage of choice, obvs) and he’s one of the very few professional athletes whom we actually recognize, so, yay! Good for him.

A hesitant shout-out is in order for #88, Charlie Sheen. Dude has Spanish heritage, but doesn’t market himself as Latino, so. A limp handshake for him, we guess. And then there’s #57 Manny Pacquiao, who’s Filipino and a boxer and can pretty much kill you.

Four (or maybe five or six) out of 100 is nowhere near good enough, especially now that we’re in a country that’s firing non-Latinos in favor of putting up piñatas in supermarkets.
