Paulina Rubio’s House Robbed. Let’s Blame Twitter!

Paulina Rubio’s Miami home was robbed over the weekend. Sad! Since we know that it’s currently trendy to panic over whether revealing one’s whereabouts over Twitter will result in a greater likelihood of getting robbed, we’ll go ahead and blame the break-in on the fact that Paulina continually Tweets her location while she’s on tour.
The singer’s home was broken into Saturday night while she was in Madrid. She Tweeted about Spain! She practically set herself up for disaster! Anyway, she Tweeted (of course) about the robbery and advised fans not to worry:
This puts Paulina on the list of celebrities who’ve been robbed while away from their giant, jewel-studded mansions. Belinda was robbed, prompting rumors that a sex tape was taken from her home. And Paris Hilton’s personal items have passed through a series of different hands, literally and figuratively, until there’s nothing personal left.
